Our Team

As of 2010 , we have 15 members on staff, all professionals in their area of development. We strive to be courteous and helpful, while maintaining a high benchmark of performance. Please vist our Contact Us page to find out more about specific duties and personnel

DIS Core Purpose

Provide data and decision support in Development business that is driven by and based on high volume, dynamic decision making. We provide services in the following areas:

  • Administer the Alumni/Donor Database and related applications such as Act! and BEAT
  • Create and maintain interfaces between Development systems and University systems such as SCT Banner, IrishOnline, Talisma, and others
  • Provide training on Advance, Act!, BEAT, as well as consult regarding use of office productivity applications
  • Provide technical support for computers, printers, copiers, scanners, smart phones, and related technologies
  • Analyze data and information requirements to design and deliver reports, data extracts, mailing files, or other information needs
  • Liaison with the OIT to provide network administration and information security
